Sent Wrong Tag

I ordered the tag, "Beware I Purr," but instead I received a tag that says, "Beware, Im the Shit." I immediately reached out via their customer service email asking for the correct tag to be sent out, but sadly I received no response now for 2 weeks! I'm VERY upset over this because I have ordered from AwPaws multiple times for years,(which I reminded them of in my email). To receive NO response is completely unprofessional and shows this company doesn't care about their customers.... They should have a tag that says, "BUYER BEWARE!"
